Her journey is marked by resilience. In 2005, Diane underwent brain surgery and lost her sight for three months. By 2007, she was placed on permanent disability. Yet rather than retreat, she reinvented her path and turned adversity into strength. Her career since has become a powerful example of what’s possible when purpose meets grit.
Today, Dr. Diane is also the founder of IIF – Impact Innovation Foundation, a nonprofit supporting youth, women, and social impact entrepreneurs worldwide. Her work makes the next empowered generation of change-makers while building ecosystems that drive measurable, lasting innovation.
